My make for today I used LeighSBDesigns ‘Heart Tree' and the hearts from 'Raggedy Heart Strings' ‘Love Explores Sentiment’

Materials used:

Distress Oxides, Pickled Raspberry, Black Soot

Promarkes, Lipstick Red

Clear Sparkle Overlay Pen

Smooth white card

According to Stanford Medical, It's really the SINGLE reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(And actually, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and really, EVERYTHING around "HOW" they eat.)
