To make my tag I used Snowman with Heart from Snow Time Starter Kit by Beccy’s Place

Promarkers 
Eyelash Fibre 
Quickie Glue Pen 
Tim Holtz Clear Rock Candy
Hobby Craft Smooth White CardStock
Pink Frog Kraft Card
