Witch's Familiar with Mini Dominoes Collar

For the shape of the cats head I made a template from the lid of a box of cats Whiskers treats.

Black card stock, Green card stock
Template made from the lid of a box of whiskers cats treats
Embossing Folder
Boo and Spider stamps
Quickie glue pen
Sparkling glitter
Black ribbon
