Stamping onto Calico Bags

Friday Craft Group 18/9 we stamped onto Calico bags also used a stencil/mask.

Week gone Friday craft group. We did the sanding back technique with Brown Craft Card and Acrylic paint. The fibres inside Craft Card is different from ordinary card stock, it's similar to the co-ordination card, it is white in the inside, so when covering the craft card with the Acrylic paint whether it be coloured or white paint. Putting the card in an embossing folder and running through a embossing machine then covering the card with the paint, once dry sand back, it shows better on the blue card I did more than on my white one.

Sanding with Embossing Folders

Friday morning craft group at Hobby Craft

This Friday I showed the ladies the technique of sanding embossed card and the different uses of card stock, mirror card, craft card and co-ordination card and simple packing card that come with your purchases.

My samples

Wonderful creations by the ladies.

This one was done by Lesley she created a lovely wintery scene, using Acrylic white and mint green paint, Versamark, Embossing powder and sanding over the embossed image.
